Welcome to Charmr!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Charmr mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using Charmr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Charmr. By using the App, you affirm that you are 18 or older.

2. License

Charmr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• You will not use Charmr to impersonate others, harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You are solely responsible for your communications and interactions using content generated by the App.

4. AI-Generated Content

Charmr uses artificial intelligence (AI) provided by third parties (such as OpenAI) to generate message suggestions and summaries. These suggestions are for entertainment and conversational enhancement only. We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or outcomes of messages generated by AI. Users are expected to review and approve all content before sending.

5. Data Usage and Model Training

By using Charmr, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your data for any purpose, including but not limited to:

• Training and improving our own AI models and algorithms
• Developing new features and services
• Creating and selling derivative products
• Commercial applications and services
• Selling or licensing the data to third parties
• Market research and analysis
• Direct marketing and advertising

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We may use your data in its original form, without anonymization
• We may sell or license your data to third parties, including your personal information
• We may use your data for any commercial purpose without restriction
• You will not be entitled to any compensation for such use
• You waive any right to privacy claims regarding the use of your data

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

• All purchases (subscriptions and message packs) are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
• You can manage your subscription in your device's app store account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials in the App are the property of Charmr or its licensors and protected by copyright.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Charmr provides suggested messages for entertainment and social enhancement. We make no guarantees regarding match outcomes or user satisfaction. Charmr is not responsible for interactions resulting from the use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
